Sales & Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our sales and marketing operations—supporting our global dealer network, helping execute campaigns, creating great content, and ensuring the Stabicraft brand shows up consistently across all channels.
If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love variety, and enjoy turning ideas into action, you’ll fit right in. Based in Invercargill and reporting to the GM Sales and Marketing, you will assist with the day-to-day sales and marketing function including:
- Helping ensure Stabicraft reaches key audiences with a clear, consistent, and compelling brand message
- Coordinating and producing great content across digital and traditional platforms
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events and brand activations
- Engaging with and supporting our global dealer network, ensuring strong communication and alignment
- Managing Co‑op marketing activity and funding with our dealers
- Living and breathing HubSpot — maintaining data, supporting workflows, reporting, and helping keep our sales and marketing engine running smoothly
About you
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing Support role.
- Proficiency across a range of computer systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite. Experience with graphic design is an advantage.
- Strong CRM capability, particularly with Hubspot.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
