The Gig:
Based in Invercargill, or working remotely from Auckland, you will be responsible for managing your own dealer portfolio. This includes:
· Managing key national and international dealer accounts to achieve sales budgets.
· Providing a vital information link between dealers / end users and our internal design, manufacturing, finance and warranty teams.
· Maintaining sales databases within our CRM and B2B Portal and providing regular reports to our GM Sales and Marketing.
· Driving Business Reviews and Planning sessions with Key Dealers, ensuring forecasting is at top of mind constantly.
· Ensuring our Brand Standards are being upheld within our Dealers yards and stores.
· Representing Stabicraft and providing support to dealers at events / boat shows, where often weekend work is required.
· Some travel to attend boat shows and dealer events throughout New Zealand and Australia, is an essential part of this role.

You will have:
· Proven sales experience of at least 5 years, with a strong track record of delivering results. An understanding / experience in managing dealer performance and relationships would be an advantage.
· A solid understanding of the marine industry
· Excellent people and networking skills with the ability to form strong relationships with dealers and the team.
· Shown hands on experience at Consumer Shows, e.g. Boat shows
· Experience in working within a CRM system
