Stabicraft has recently expanded manufacturing into the USA and due to company growth, an exciting new position has arisen for an outstanding individual to join our close-knit sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone based in the Pacific North West to join a high performing team, with the flexibility to work remotely.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing your own dealer portfolio. You will be responsible for:
- Managing key national and international dealer accounts to achieve sales budgets.
- Providing a vital information link between dealers / end users and our internal design and manufacturing teams.
- Maintaining sales databases, and providing regular reports to our Global Sales and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Representing Stabicraft and providing support to dealers at events / boat shows.
- Some travel to attend boat shows and dealer events throughout USA and Canada is an essential part of this role.
About you
As an experienced sales person who is well versed in the Marine Industry, you will bring:
- excellent people and networking skills with the ability to form strong relationships with dealers and the team.
- the ability to influence others and achieve positive outcomes
- willingness to travel around our dealer network. An understanding and experience in managing dealer performance and relationships would be an advantage.
- proficiency in computer programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- knowledge of and passion for boats and the marine industry
